Extra Information from the Owner
I bought this car new on May 5th 1995 at Fremont Ford. When the new body style came out in 94 I just had to have one! After driving this car bone stock for 5 years the 215HP factory rating just wasn't cutting it. I had the blower, exhaust system & suspension upgrades done to up the power level. It dynoed @ 304 RWHP. Great improvment but still not enough. In September on my birthday I ordered myself A Keith Craft Racing 331 Stroker to up the ante further. I am 200 miles into my break in period & couldn't be more happy. Stay tuned dyno #'s coming soon. I Would like to thank Keith & Jason @ Keith Craft Racing, Bill Kiaser @ Apex motorsports & Byron Reynolds @ Race systems for making this all possible. Thanks guys!!! Update!!! 1000 miles on the new motor & I bent two pushrods ARGH!!! (the engine builder grabed the wrong box of pushrods off the shelf. 'freakin morons'!!!) Installed push rods now are Manley chromemoly. Needless to say this sent my dyno tune back a few weeks. I was able to dyno at APEX motorsports on 02-13-2002, the car made 467.3RWHP & 449.9 ft-lbs torque on pump gas & the damm thing held together (thank god!!!). The car is now garaged & covered, A weakend warrior only! Look out rice eaters, im looking for ya!!!
